As one of the "new four great Inventions",high-speed railway not only plays an increasingly prominent role in the daily life of Chinese residents and social and economic development,but also more and more national and even international large-scale activities are closely connected with railway transportation.High-speed railway has become a diplomatic name card of China.This means that the railway police,who are responsible for the safe operation of railways and the safe travel of passengers,have a sudden increase in responsibility and pressure.In the new era,heavy work load,special working environment and unequal promotion treatment of railway police have seriously affected the mental health of police officers,such as negative ways of doing things,family tension,emotional irritability and anxiety,resulting in more and more prominent job burnout phenomenon.Therefore,in the critical period of the development of high-speed railway transportation,how to enhance their sense of respect and support from the social environment and reduce the occurrence of job burnout of railway police,it is urgent for us to explore and solve.This study focuses on understanding the influence of social support on railway police job burnout,and introduces two variables,work-family conflict and relative deprivation,to explore the mediating role of the two variables in this process.In this paper,863 railway policemen in Zhengzhou,Xinxiang,Kaifeng,Shangqiu,Zhoukou and other areas of Henan Province were surveyed by convenient sampling,and the Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS),the Job Burnout Scale(MBI-GS),the Relative Deprivation Scale and the Work-Family Conflict Scale(WFS)were used.717 valid questionnaires were collected,and the results of SPSS24.0 showed that:(1)The perceived social support of the railway police is generally at the lower middle level,and the job burnout,relative deprivation and work-family conflict are at the upper middle level.There are significant differences in the understanding of social support,job burnout and work-family conflict of railway police officers in terms of age,police age and job position,There are significant differences in relative deprivation between age and marriage.(2)There are two correlations between the perception of social support,job burnout,relative deprivation and work-family conflict of railway police;.(3)Understanding social support can directly predict the job burnout of railway police;The sense of relative deprivation plays an intermediary role between the understanding of social support and the job burnout of railway police;Work-family conflict plays an intermediary role between understanding social support and job burnout of railway police.(4)The work-family conflict and the sense of relative deprivation play a chain mediating role between the understanding of social support and the job burnout of railway police.Based on the above results,the occupational burnout of railway public security can be improved in three aspects.Firstly,by establishing a sound organizational support system and incentive assessment system,the satisfaction of police officers with their work can be improved,with a focus on understanding the maintenance of social support;Secondly,actively care for the families of police officers,implement the policy of loving and warming the police officers,eliminate the psychological concerns of police officers and their families,and maximize the balance between work and family;Finally,integrate the methods and concepts of mental health services into the ideological and political education of police officers,provide psychological counseling services,and alleviate relative deprivation. |
