Ritual itself contains many meaning of participation,communication,cooperation and share.It is usually seen as a symbolic behavior and a kind of group activities for communication and maintaining them gathering.Ritual communication views ceremony as a communication phenomenon,which inspects ceremony performance information and meaning in the process of communication and communication effect.Traditional folk rituals,especially the funeral ceremony,is not only the individual life meaning and value of production and interpretation of the field,but a family group and strengthening of culture,strengthening to highlight the significance of individual life and keeping kinship and geographical social structure formation.Ritual communication is a research hotspot in recent years,but the definition of ritual communication also there is a problem.To find the similarities and differences of theories provided by James Carey transmission about "ceremony" in communication,and communication processes of ritual under the background of modern society,the author tried to observe the traditional Chinese ceremony from the perspective of communication,and select of Lushi funeral ceremony in Henan province as an investigation case.This work studied the performance in the process of investigation,the way to pass information through the symbolic symbols,values,and through the ceremony in the process of communication,interpersonal communication,and group communication,such as self-way will these values into the collective emotion,to the continuation of the social structure,the function of integration of social order.Traditional rituals had been studied under the impact of the social evolution and the impact of these evolutions on the Chinese rural society.
