Overview of contemporary Chinese literature,Yu Hua is a writer who has always been concerned about the survival of mankind,who also continues to explore the desires of human survival at the same time,and also shows the endless human dilemma.The paper argues that human dilemma presents a kind of mobility in Yu Hua's novels,which is accompanied by the desire of mankind.This kind of mobility has made a close connection in Yu Hua's novels and form a whole,especially in his later works.Therefore,this article starts from the To Live,The Sales of Xu Sanguan's Blood,Brother and The Seventh Day these four novels,and combines with Maslow 's theory of demand hierarchy and Heidegger' s existential philosophy,through close reading and analyzing of the survival desire of the characters,to explore how the human dilemma is able to show,expand and worsen in the conflict,and then point the way out of the plight of survival for human from novels by Yu Hua.This article mainly discusses the human dilemma reflected in Yu Hua's novels through three chapters.The first chapter and the second chapter take the leading characters,for instance,Fu Gui,Xu San guan,Li Guang tou and Yang Fei.What the author concerned is not just the characters themselves,but the existence of every living person.The first chapter analyzes purposes with respective desires.Around their different purposes,the paper arranges the human dilemma that they encountered and their contemporaries experienced.The second chapter explores the expansion of human desire and the process of deterioration of human dilemma from the time of Fu Gui to Yang Fei,And focusing on the human dilemma of modern human which is being worsening to freezing point.In the third chapter analyzes the way out of the plight of survival for human from novels by Yu Hua.In accordance with the analysis of the three levels of "die without a burial place",we can deeply understand the contradiction of Yu Hua's attitude which resistance against despair and nothingness lies behind the way out.
