With the constantly increasing comprehensive power of China,Chinese hot has been immerged world around.More and more foreigners come to study Chinese,and more and more Confucius Institute or Chinese classes had been founded abroad.The teaching of Chinese as a foreign language has developed unprecedentedly in this very environment.It also puts forward higher requirements to both quantity and level of Chinese teachers.Teachers,textbooks and teaching methods all play important roles in the process of Chinese as a foreign language.The research of teaching of Chinese as foreign language subject is not enough for short history.Compared with research on teaching materials and methods,the research on teachers is more deficient.Due to the particularity of teaching object,the Chinese language teacher for foreigner should not only face the problems of teaching materials and methods,but face the problems of cross-cultural communication caused by cultural differences or conflicts.Therefore,it is necessary and important to study the teachers' intercultural communicative competence.Environment has important influence on language teaching.With the development of linguistics,this concept is more and more widely recognized.In the process of teaching of Chinese as a foreign language,there are many environment factors.Among them,the influence of cultural factor is particularly profound.Due to the cultural differences,Chinese language teacher for foreigner may face communication failure or even failure.This requires teachers to adjust themselves to adapt to the local teaching system and environment.Based on the analysis of similarities and differences between Korean and Chinese culture,combined with current situation of Korean teaching,this paper lists the cultural conflicts of volunteer Chinese teacher in the process of intercultural communication.These conflicts reflects the problems,which encountered by Chinese language teacher for foreigner in intercultural communication.The teaching experience of volunteer Chinese teacher in Korea as the first hand data,this paper summarizes the experience and methods of self-adjustment,and put forward some constructive suggestions.Aim to help successor to eliminate cultural barriers,to develop teaching of Chinese as a foreign language,to achieve the desired teaching results,and make cross-cultural communication successfully.
