Research On The Development Space Of Small And Medium-sized Cultural Industry Park

The small and medium-sized cultural space in China's second-tier cities and ethnic regions has gradually become an important force in the development of China's cultural industry park.On the one hand,it presents various development trends,indicating that the development of small and medium-sized cultural park has its reasonable factors.On the other hand,it is also confronted with many difficulties in the process of development:compared with large cultural enterprises supported by media,science and technology,and national public goods service,and backed by abundant capital,it has great differences in cultural consumption market and industrial development elements of the cultural industry park.Takes M60 Culture Creative Park in Kunming as a case,with the stakeholder theory as the starting point,this paper discusses the demands of various stakeholder of M60 Culture Creative Park by using the methods of literature analysis,in-depth interview and questionnaire.In order to promote the healthy development of small and medium-sized cultural spaces,the relationship between the stakeholders is analyzed in depth from the focus of competition for interests.Based on in-depth investigation and field observation,it is found that the main stakeholders influencing the park are:The main body of property ownership(Yunnan Textile Co.,Ltd),the main body of operation(Kunming Bimou Cultural Communication Co.,Ltd.),the main body of park supervision(Kunming Wuhua District Government and Its Superior Government),the main body of park service supply(Registered Merchants in the Park),the consumer group and the community residents around the park.The conflicts and changes of their relations caused the appearance of the industrial form of the M60 Culture Creative Park.The disposal of the park's usage right by the owner of the assets and the operator of the park has a direct impact on the park's life span and development prospect.The existence of cultural parks has brought some employment opportunities and social resources to the residents of surrounding communities.However,the closed park space dampens the enthusiasm of community residents to participate in the development of the park.The contradiction between the park operator and the park product service supplier is embodied in the perfection of the supporting facilities and the allocation of the resources in the park.As the main supervisor of M60 Park,the government of Wuhua District of Kunming and its superior government promote the development of local non-heritage cultural projects by adjusting the preferential policies and preferential conditions for cultural industrial parks.However,in the process of practice,the operators of the park have certain deficiencies in supporting the cultural industry;the main consumer group in the park is the young people.The influence of study and work time limits their choice of time to enter the park and the instability of the consumer group also brings great pressure to the park service.For the small and medium-sized cultural industry parks,the stakeholders of the parks collaborate with each other to form an interest community,and it is easier to listen to the opinions and suggestions from different levels while decentralizing business risks.The small and medium-sized cultural space is limited by its own space area and bearing capacity,and it needs to pay more attention to the connection between the park and the service of the city where it is located and the construction of the community environment.The middle-aged and old-aged groups,as well as housewives,who have more free time,are the important concern targets of multi-industry complementarity in the park.Different parks based on their own advantages and disadvantages,through the policy dividend of urban transformation and development,it is easier for them to obtain favorable conditions for park development.The supervision and administration department of cultural industrial park also needs to take different policy measures for different types of parks;the development of Internet technology has also brought new opportunities to the cultural industry park and is more conducive to the development of the park.
