Name Of Hunan Cuisine In Teaching Chinese As A Second Language

Language is closely related to food culture,which is also reflected in vocabulary.Hunan dish words is a kind of diet words,a kind of social language,and the language shellof Hunan dishes entity to transfer the relevant information to people.Teaching Chinese as a second language aims to foster language ability to independently use language for communication in the real language environment.Useing language teaching materials can help learners understand and master more words and cultural knowledge,which provide practical help to students who learn Chinese as a second language studying and living in Hunan learners.This article attempts to apply Hunan dish words to foreign language teaching to help foreign language learners understand the familiar words of Chinese diet,Chinese food culture and improve their Chinese communicative competence,cultural adaptability and intercultural communicative competence.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction,mainly introduced the reasons,significances of the topic and some related researches.The second part briefly depicted the Chinese diet culture and Hunan diet words.The third part mainly described the word naming,translation analysis of Hunan dish names words,embodied the Huxiang culture and other aspects of Hunan dish words.The fourth part discussed the significance,strategies and cases of Hunan cuisine teaching words in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.The fifth part summarizes the full text and points out the shortcomings.Hunan dish words of the diet culture can reflect Chinese pragmatic habits,thematic teaching and Research on Hunan dish words in teaching Chinese as a foreign language has certain stimulative effects,but in the researches of teaching Chinese as a second language,there are few studies about Hunan dish words,the exploration of the application of Hunan dish words in Chinese classroom in the teaching is in a blank state.While this study is only a kind of teaching exploration.I proposes Hunan dish words and teaching Chinese as a foreign language as a subject,hoping to promote the research of Hunan dish words and foreign language teaching.
