Language learning can not be separated from the relevant cultural learning,Similarly Chinese learning is also inseparable from the study of Chinese culture,Chinese culture is extensive and profound,so increasing scholars attach great importance to the role of Chinese culture in Chinese teaching.There a huge variety of Chinese culture in which the cuisine culture is a major feature.For Chinese cuisine culture has a long history and rooted in everyday life,it is a very popular culture content for learners..The purpose of this paper is to make the food culture help teaching Chinese,put forward three principles of food culture teaching,help teachers to teach the Chinese,and from the perspective of teaching,are derived from the analysis of the food culture of Chinese expressions,put forward the corresponding teaching method and the teaching of food culture background.In this paper,the fourth chapter has carried on the food culture of the teaching design plan,divided into skill course teaching and academic teaching,teaching methods and suggestions were put forward respectively.Culture teaching can not be ignored in the position in Chinese teaching,the class of teaching Chinese as a foreign language and based on the perspective of cross-cultural,no doubt to the Chinese as a foreign language teachers put forward higher request,this article is from the perspective of food culture,there is a little hope to the future's teaching enlightenment and help.
