Coping Strategies As Mediating Variables Between Human Resources、Working Pressure And Subjective Well-being | Posted on:2018-10-28 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | Country:China | Candidate:S Chen | Full Text:PDF | GTID:2335330515468389 | Subject:Applied psychology | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | Objectives:To study the relationship between HR employee’s working pressure,coping strategies and subjective well-being,and proved the mediating effects of HR employee’s working pressure and subjective well-being,and proved some references for the organization to enhance its HR subjective well-being level of innovation.Methods: 296 HR employees who in different nature of work units such as state-owned enterprise、private enterprise、public institution were assessed using the Working Pressure Scale、Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire and the brief Subjective Well-being Scale for Chinese Citizen.The author use SPSS and AMOS make statistical analysis of the questionnaire data factor analysis.Results:This research has reached the following results:(1)Their was no differences among HR employee’s working pressure,coping strategies and subjective well-being in aspect of gender,but there were difference in HR position and the nature of work units.Marriage had significantly effect on HR subject well-being.(2)There was a significant correlation among HR working pressure coping strategies and subjective well-being.(3)Positive coping strategies could positivelypredict HR subjective well-being.Negative coping strategies、using skills and role ambiguity could negatively predict HR subjective well-being.(4)Both of positive and negative coping strategies serves as the partial mediator between HR working pressure and subjective well-being.While the mediator of positive coping strategies are higher than negative.Conclusions:(1)HR employee’s work pressure 、 coping strategies and subjective well-being are affected by the demographic variables.(2)The subjective well-being is affected by HR employee’s work pressure and coping strategies,so the employers should take some tactics to help HR to use suitable coping strategies.(3)The more the HR use positive coping strategies,the higher the level of subjective well-being,otherwise the level of subjective well-being will become more serious.(4)HR employee’s working pressure can affect subjective well-being through coping strategies.Coping strategies is the intermediary variable between HR employee’s working pressure and subjective well-being. | Keywords/Search Tags: | human resource, working pressure, coping strategies, subjective well-being | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
