The Question Research Of "Filial Piety Into The Law" In The Qin And Han Dynasty

China always attaches great importances to ethical culture since the ancient times,in the chinese traditional culture,filial piety culture plays an important role since it orignated,especially in the national system of monarchy,it is a significant role in maintainning the ruling order of a country.In the process of setting up and consummating the ancient chinese law,filial piety is subsumed into the law system to force people to be dutiful to the elder.Thus the filial piety is subsumed into the law became a important basic to administer the society.The history of filial piety incorporated into the law can be traced back to the pre-qin period,although the law system has not formed,it has severe punishment to punish the unfilial behavior.As the initial stage of setting up the ancient chinese law,the practice has been inherited and developed in the dynasties of Qin and Han,thus laying the foundation for the filial piety into the law in the imperialistic China.In order to have a deep understanding for the view of the filial piety into the law in the Qin and Han dynasties,the paper takes the filial piety incorporated into the law as the research subject,and discuss its connotation and prcatice as well as character and so on.The whole text is divided into theseveral following parts:The part of introduction mainly make a simple definition for the filial piety into the law to make clear the research object of this article,namely the ethical and moral laws that related with the filial piety in the law system,and make a certain discussion of its developing process.The second part is the main content of the whole text.This part mainly sort the filial piety into the law.On the one hand,I will sort the content about the filial piety into the law in the handed-down literature and legal instrument in unearthed bamboo slip.On the other hand,I put the imperial edicts that is important in the system of the law and decree system as the main object and classify the laws and decrees about the filial piety into the law.The third part is discuss the characters of filial piety into the law on the basic of analysing the content of the filial piety into the law.The part mainly talk about the periodic and transitional characteristics,and explain the influcence of the filial piety into the law in the system of the imperialistic China.
