The Research Of Anshan Taiting Historic Conservation Area

In this paper,Anshan City,Taiting historical conservation area is studied as the research object in order to clarify the formation and evolution of Taiting area,sort out the overall style and architectural features of the area,explore its historical value and artistic value,put forward the principles and Strategies of protection,and provide a reference for the research of the history of Anshan and the planning of historical conservation areas.Taiting historical conservation area is located in the core area of Tiedong District,Anshan city.And it is the only provincial historical conservation area,which has the biggest amount of modern architectural relics,and the best preserved area of modern city.Also this area witnessed the development and changes of Anshan City.The change and development of this area innovation nearly a hundred years is a reflection of the change and the development of the city.The street block form,historic buildings,verdurization of the area are of great value.Nowadays,with the transformation and renewal of city,the construction and features of Taiting historical conservation area are destroyed in different degrees,and the overall protection and re-development of the area is also on the agenda.In 2014,Anshan issued the document of "Taiting historical conservation area protection planning" and other documents to protect Taiting historical conservation area.However there are still problems lying against the protection,such as population aging and the in-consistence of the surrounding new buildings and historical buildings.Therefore,there is a important guiding significance of the study of history,current situation and protection of Taiting historical conservation area.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which discusses the background and significance of the research of Taiting historical conservation area,defines the relevant concepts,the research methods and research framework,and expounds the present situation of domestic and foreign research.The second part is elaboration of the formation and development of Taiting historical conservation area and the analysis of the spatial feature basing on the natural conditions,historical development background of Anshan city.The third part is about the features of space form of Taiting historical conservation area.In this part,I analyzed the function,shape and style features of historic buildings and discussed thevalue and historical significance of the historic buildings.The fourth part is the present situation and the protection of Taiting historical conservation area.I analyzed the current advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats,using the SWOT model,pointed out the problem of the aging of population and the destruction of style consistency.And on this basis,and put forward the principle and method of protection.The fifth part is the conclusion,a review and summary of the full text,which points out that Taiting historical conservation area is an important heritage of Anshan city's development history.We must aware its history and protect the present,and create the future of the area.
