Reform and opening up over more than 30 years,with the rapid development of China's economy,international political status has risen,voice becomes more and more important,China's language began to go out of the country,into the world.More and more foreigners are starting to learn Chinese and understand to learn Chinese culture,has become a trend in today's society.With the development of the diversification of transport and electronic technology development and popularization of people all over the world communication day highlights,cross cultural communication began to walk slowly into sight,and gradually caught the attention of people.Intercultural people from different cultural backgrounds in language and cultural collision.Intercultural communication and nonverbal culture including language and culture society,and eating as an important part of non-linguistic culture,is one of the important ways for successful intercultural communication.The Chinese saying says: "food is the first ting for people,food safety is first." Is visible,eating an important place in people's lives,people around the world live without eating,you can say that diet is the classic culture of each people.In recent years,with China,South Korea frequent exchanges in the political,economic,and also contributed to the continuous exchanges of the two peoples.Although the two neighboring,across the sea,belonged to the Asian countries,but also in customs is a reminder of differences.In order to reduce in cross-cultural communication in embarrassing situations because do not understand each other cultures,assisted foreign language teaching,the article mainly to differences in diet in China and South Korea,to analyze the different food cultures of the two countries in order to achieve the goal of successful intercultural communication.
