In this paper, the use of cross-cultural communication theory comparative analysis onChina and the South Korea cultural factors in intercultural communication, draw thesimilarities and differences of the cultural differences between the two countries.Ultimately help people to be able to handle some of the problems in China and SouthKorea cross-cultural communication, independent analysis of China and South Koreadifferences, in order to improve the intercultural communicative competence of the peopleof the two countries made their views. Want to be able to better communication for thepeople of the two countries play a guiding role. The paper is divided into five parts. Thecomparative analysis of the second and third parts of the values of the two peoples,national character is the focus of the article, the two parts are based on the theory withpractical way to start the first comparative analysis of the last case analysis.The first part of the concept of cross-cultural communication and cultural factors aswell as the relationship between the cross-cultural communication and cultural factors.Communication is inseparable from culture, culture is also bound in communicationconstraints. From the real situation of the cross-cultural communication, cultural factorsaffecting communication concentrated reflected in three aspects,Firstly the values which isthe deep structure of the cultural characteristics; national character, which is the culturalcharacteristics of the outer performance; natural environment, which is the reason of thehistory of cultural traits."The Second part of comparative analysis of the values of the similarities anddifferences between China and South Korea from China and South Korea "collectivism"and "individualism" comparative analysis, China and South Korea "stability" and "change" mentality comparative analysis to start on.The third part, China and South Korea national character similarities and differencesfrom the national character of the Chinese people, the Korean national character, nationalcharacter of the people of China and the ROK, different national character of the people ofChina and South Korea four aspects.The fourth part, in order to better communication of the peoples of China and SouthKorea should take a series of measures to promote better communication between the twopeoples. Mainly from two aspects of the culture and language to elaborate. First KoreanChinese teaching, followed by strengthening the cultural aspects of learning, the last is tostrengthen the communication to improve intercultural communicative competence.The fifth part, conclusion that summarizes the whole paper.
