The north-south unity in Sui and Tang dynastieshas has provided a guarantee for the development of Jiangxi province.Especially the An Shih Rebellion,many Northerners moved into Jiangxi with a lot of population and advanced technology.Jiangxi has entered a period of rapid development.For a time,Jiangxi was population surplus,economic development,commercial prosperity,and become one of the focus of the Tang Dynasty wealth.At the same time,also left a lot of tombs,ruins and kiln data.These relics excavated a large number of porcelain,for studying the porcelain in Jiangxi Sui and Tang dynasties to provide a fresh information.This article is mainly through the public published tombs,ruins and kilns excavated Sui and Tang porcelain to conduct a comprehensive collection in Jiangxi Province.Using the typological analysis,summarizes its characteristics of the porcelain.Then generalizes the main kilns Sui and Tang dynasties and its porcelain process in Jiangxi.And constructs the temporal and spatial structure of the porcelain of Sui and Tang dynasties excavated for providing information for studying the economic and social development of Sui and Tang dynasties in Jiangxi province.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter introduces the ruins of the Sui and Tang period excavated the porcelain in Jiangxi province,and summarizes its archaeological history and brief history.In the second chapter,the typology analysis of the porcelain in Jiangxi province was carried out.According to the glaze will be divided into green glaze,butter brown glaze,yellow glaze,white glaze,green glaze brown,green glaze purple color,white glaze,Tri-colored glazed pottery,etc.,and no glaze or unknown glaze porcelain only list not staging.Finally,they are divided on the basis of artifacts.The third chapter is mainly periodization,according to Sui-Tang dynasties porcelain and other regions excavated in the same period of the year of porcelain comparison,and speculate about each period of time.The porcelain is divided intothree phases: the first phase of the Sui Dynasty;the second period for the early Tang Dynasty,that is,before the An Shih Rebellion;the third period for the late Tang,that is,after that.Finally,the characteristics of each period are summarized,including the main historical issues reflected.The fourth chapter points out the main kilns in the Sui and Tang dynasties in Jiangxi,and summarizes the characteristics of its porcelain craft.The fifth chapter is conclusion and the summary of the full text.
