Comparative Analysis Of Russian And Chinese Euphemisms And Their Teaching Using Everyday Life Expressions As An Example

This paper emphasizes the importance of using euphemisms and their teaching.It investigates Russian students' level of knowledge about Chinese euphemisms;with the help of comparative analysis of Russian and Chinese euphemisms,this paper also investigates the differences between Russian and Chinese people's points of view on human body,physiology,age,diseases,death,wedding,childbirth and sex.Using the results of this investigation,we revealed and summed up the difficulties of Russian students during Chinese euphemisms' learning.In order to understand better the current situation of the euphemisms study in Russia,we prepared a questionnaire and tested Russian students' knowledge of Chinese euphemisms.According to the results of the questionnaire and comparative analysis,we prepared advices for Chinese teachers,students and studying materials,made suggestions about the euphemisms teaching's development in Russia.
