In recent years,as the rapid improvement of China's economic environment and the drastic accumulation of material wealth,a new kind of economic power--capital quietly was born, and gradually revealed its formidable ambition to invade the domestic market. As a result,an increasing number of industries and individuals begin to be drawn into the vortex of the capital, meanwhile the discussions and attentions on justice and distribution among economics, law and politics, caused by the issues of the sharp increasing social wealth,is getting more and more heated. Some problems in reality that cannot be ignored provided a new perspective for the study of Marxism.People began to dig in the text of Marx's critique of capitalism to find whether Marx was holding a moral attitude in the process of criticizing capitalism,or whether Marx thought that capitalism is not justicial? Did Marx make a relentless refutation of the capitalist system from a point of view of justice? These problems have aroused extensive discussions in both Chinese and Western academia. This paper hopes through the comparative study of a western liberalist--Rawls' s theory of justice and the theory of western analytical Marxists,we can get the answer to Marx' s theory of justice.Rawls' s "Theory of Justice" opened a new era for Western political scholars. Many Western Marxists reinterpreted Marx's texts from the viewpoint of distributive justice.Rawls' theory of justice emphasizes fairness and justice, and argues for the legitimate rights and interests of the least beneficiaries in capitalist society, which has the same effect as Marx. However,we cannot consider him as Marx's fellow.According to the avoidance and the acquiescence of the problems of capitalist social production system,Rawls hopes to maintain and repair the capitalist system through the redistribution of society. There is no doubt that his practice is contrary to Marx's thought.Affected by Western political philosophy,Allen Wood's view that "Marx did not think that capitalism is unjust" was like a blockbuster that has led to an extremely powerful and continuous theoretical debate on the Marxist research in the worldwide. From the perspective of purely political economy,Wood defended the justice of the capitalism system. At the same time, relying on Marx and Marxist's attitude towardsrejecting the "ideological",he thought that although Marx criticized unreasonable phenomenon in capitalism's economic field, but he still did not have a "justicial" tendency that was contrary to the historical inevitability.Rawls and Wood grasped the precise analysis of capitalist society in Marx's text, but did not go into Marx's more critical reflection to the reality. In the final analysis,as Rawls and Wood's theoretical construction points, the view of "fairness" and "justice" was influenced by the concept of legal rights of capitalist society and never exceeded the framework of capitalist ideology.Focusing on the critical research on the field of capitalist production and starting with this production field,Marx concerned about the unjust relationship between labor and capital, and fundamentally negated the traditional long-term principle of justice--"labor gets rich",which found a solid survival foundation for Marx's own moral criticism to the capitalist system.
