Dazu grottoes is after the mogao grottoes,the second type of surfaces of stone relics of the world cultural heritage,it represents the highest achievement of the late Chinese stone carving art,its artistic value and cultural contributions,as the mogao grottoes,yungang grottoes and longmen grottoes and maijishan grottoes.With the development of modern industry,climate,environment deteriorating,the weathering of the dazu grottoes is more and more serious,although have been protected,but the damage has not been effective changes,is the inevitable choice for the reinforcement,and the use of reinforcing agent is crucial,in many serious weathering stone relics are not effective reinforcement,because did not meet the requirements of reinforcing agent,so the research and development of new type of reinforcing agent,particularly important.Weathering type of dazu grottoes doing fieldwork and classification,in view of the weathering type of reinforcement dazu grottoes,nanometer silicon dioxide and organic reinforcing agent composite reinforcement method,and test the conclusion through experiments.In to the disease of dazu grottoes survey,mainly divided into two major categories of diseases and stone carving surface rock mass diseases,disease found that the fracture of rock mass,the fracture of rock mass,empty drum,salt and other diseases,biological invasion;Stone carving surface disease mainly someone touches,nonferrous metal deposition,coloured drawing or pattern for N ick disease,such as chemical and physical weathering.Reinforcing additives and nano silicon dioxide used,select previous used Paraloid B72 and Primal AC33 as organic reinforcing agent,under the coupling effect of hk550,made of composite materials research two reinforcing agent for the strengthening effect of dazu grottoes stone relics.According to the need of strengthening solvent has good dispersion and volatile principle,through the dispersion experiment,select the most appropriate solvents for ethanol.And the two kinds of material sample of acid corrosion,resistance to salt corrosion,resistance to ultraviolet radiation ageing,hydrophobic properties,microstructure,contrast reinforcement effect.Through experimental analysis,the results showed that the adding silica Paraloid B72 reinforcement effect is best,not only make sample before strengthening stone contact Angle increased from 0 ° to 98 ° after reinforcement,hydrophobic performance is greatly improved,and make the stone after reinforcement effect is greatly enhanced in various corrosion resistance test.Ultraviolet corrosion resistance test,the reinforcement of sample obviously have a yellowish aging,reinforced specimen basically did not change appearance,hydrophobic ability also dropped to only 97 °;Acid test experiment,the sample appearance of the unreinforced coarse,porosity increases,the contact Angle goes to zero,salt tolerance after freezing and thawing,unreinforced stone sample surface color deepened,contact Angle goes to zero,no hydrophobic,after reinforcement of stone sample but basic is not affected;After tests showed that adding the silica Paraloid B72 reinforcing agent of dazu grottoes sandstone after reinforcement,has the good permeability and water permeability,can be applied to dazu grottoes of sandstone in the reinforcement protection of cultural relics.
