Silicon microstructure artistic visualization and its application research are theoretical study of research and professional practices in our information age. In this research, using field study, we investigate and collect microstructural results on silicon by various advanced electron microscopies including images and theoretical works. These works are intrinsically linked with the era of information visualization, also combined with modern information technology – the backbone of our information age. Here, we rebuild microstructures of silicon and silicon layer processing by artistic reconstruction, exaggeration and distortion based on original research data firmly. We also expand various applications in our daily life. The pursuit of scientific and rational truth have been explored in this work trigged from the beauty of the silicon microstructures in nature.
