On Origen's Allegorical Interpretation Of Scripture

In this paper,I analysis Origen's allegorical interpretation of Scripture,based on the clue of the relationship between Greek philosophy and Christian beliefs.The article uses the background of the survival of Christianity in the era of Origen's life as the starting point,and clarifies that in the progress of rationalization of Christian faith,Origen has a rational defenses attitude,based on this,this paper also analysis the reason why Origen uses allegorical methods to interpret the Bible and the principles of Origen 's allegorical interpretation of Scripture,at last,the article affirms the fulfillment of Origen's allegorical interpretation of Scripture,while,with the help of Martin Luther and Hanak on the criticism of Origen,it also reflects the lack of the allegorical method.Specifically,there is five parts:The first part is the introduction,which introduces the research background,the research significance and the purpose,the research summary,the research method and the research structure.The second part describes the living background of Christianity in the era of Origen.The third part analyzes the reason why Origen chose to use reason to reinforce the belief in the relationship between reason and faith,and the reason of his use of allegorical interpretation of Scripture;The fourth part analyzes Origen's allegorical interpretation of Scripture from several perspectives,including:Origen's division of the meaning of the text of the Bible,the combination of philosophical concepts and theological concepts,the Antioch and the Gnosticism method of interpretation of the Bible is different from that of Origen.The fifth part is the conclusion,which mainly analyzes the achievements and the criticism of Origen's allegorical interpretation of Scripture.
