| Chinese Gongbi Figures Painting's history through several millenniums and took a long standing,which made it popular among people by its unique artistic charm and thus become the ancestry of Chinese Traditional Painting,forming an integrated painting system.With the changes of time,Gongbi Painting encouraged contemporary artists to create works conformed to modern aesthetic by offering a moment of diversified think and fertile imagination,along with the constant changes of people's lives and aesthetics,and impacts from Western Art.Besides,the concentration on pursuing innovation in art has suffered from a bunch of criticism,such as “Not Belong to Chinese Traditional Painting”.The thesis is inspired by my diploma project,which is on the basis of the current situation of Gongbi Figures Painting,initiating contemplation and perception on contemporary Gongbi Figures Painting's development.Thus,I am going to talk about the process how I finish my project from the aspects of composition,coloration,techniques,etc. |
