On The Theoretical Research And Practical Application Of Imagination In Vocal Singing And Teaching

At present,psychological research has been immersed in various research of the society.More and more experts and scholars have also been dedicated to the research of psychology.As professional vocal learner and educator,we normally pay more attention to the training of skills in voice while ignoring the influence of psychological elements on singers in singing and teaching vocal music.In fact,the psychological quality of the singer decides the quality of the singer's voice directly and plays an extremely important role in the vocal performance and teaching.Imagination,as one of the important elements in the research of vocal psychology,has important influence on the training of singing skills and expression of the content of the music.The author starts with the research of vocal psychology,and emphatically analyzes the role imagination plays in vocal art.Elaboration is carried out from two aspects,theoretical aspect and practical aspect,so as to illustrate the problem with literature review,investigation,and case study.The first chapter is a brief introduction to the historical development,research background at home and abroad and research content of music psychology and its branch discipline,vocal psychology,so as to lead to the subject: vocal art and imagination.The second chapter discusses the concept,variety and significance of imagination in vocal art.The third chapter discusses the interrelationship between thinking,memory and emotion in vocal art by combining the relevant content in psychology as well as the way to coordinate on the whole.The fourth chapter elaborate on the specific application of imagination in vocal teaching and singing combining the author's own learning experience,whereas the first part includes the elaboration of the training of skills including breath,resonance training and position of voice,and the second part is emphatic discussion of the application of imagination in vocal works(including the shaping of the figures,description of the scenery and image);the third part will analyze the application of imagination in a complete work integrating specific vocal work “Zhaojun Goes Beyond the Great Wall as a Bride”.The fifth chapter elaborates on the cultivation of imagination in vocal art learning from the aspects including the knowledge research layer,life view and capacity.Imagination can help us visualize the abstract vocal theory so as to help us better understand and apply,improving efficiency.Imagination plays an important part both in vocal performance and teaching practice,especially in modern social life,prosperous imagination is a key to open up limitless possibilities!...
