As the social competition become more and more intense,The pressure seems to have become the focus of people talking about at leisure.Faced with the same pressure,everyone will have a different way of perception and assessment.Some people think pressure as a driving force,but others think it as a threat.Different assessment methods will have different effects on our mental health.At the same time,in recent years,more and more researches on the work stress,however,more researches about stress still emphasize the negative effects of stress.This study will focus on the positive as well as the negative aspects of stress,and try to discuss the effects of different stress assessment methods on mental health.Forgiveness is a kind of constructive behavior to regulate the conflict and encourage more active cooperative behavior.The subjects of this study are from Beijing,Tianjin,Shanghai and other places,there are 400 employees in total.The level of mental health under different stress modes was studied,and the mediating variables of forgiveness were studied.Collected data were analyzed by using SPSS23.0 and Amos16.0,the results are as follows:(1)In the eustress,workload positively predicts emotional well-being and social well-being of the mental health;Personal responsibility positively predicts the mental health level of psychological well-being,positively predicts overcoming negative thoughts?developing positive methods and believing in benefits of forgiveness of the forgiveness;Home-Work Balance positively predicts psychological well-being,Fostering Positive Approaches and believing in benefits of forgiveness of the forgiveness;Interpersonal relationships positively predicts Seeking to Understand the Offender's Reasons,Fostering Positive Approaches and believing in benefits of forgiveness of the forgiveness.(2)In the distress,workload negatively predicts all dimension of the mental health,negatively predicts Fostering Positive Approaches and believing in benefits of forgiveness of the forgiveness;Interpersonal relationships negatively predicts all dimension of the forgiveness;Home-work balance negatively predicts all dimension of the mental health,negatively predicts Seeking to Understand the Offender's Reasons,Fostering Positive Approaches and believing in benefits of forgiveness of the forgiveness.(3)Fostering Positive Approaches has a partial mediator effect on the relationship between Workload(distress)and emotional well-being.(4)Fostering Positive Approaches has a complete mediator effect on the relationship between home-work balance(distress)and psychological well-being.(5)Fostering Positive Approaches has a complete mediator effect on the relationship between home-work balance(distress)and social well-being.
