Mental health of employees is becoming more and more attention in recent years.Forgiveness is the important part of positive psychology.Forgiveness as a positive response to offend and conflict strategy,it becomes increasingly theoretical value and great potential applications.It is a hotspot of academia.However,with the globalization of economy,international competition,the task of complicated and diverse,at work,the friction and conflict,offend,unfair treatment.Worker forgiveness is refers to the employees at work will be offended and negative emotion and negative influence into a positive emotion and cognitive motivation tendency.Worker forgiveness helps to repair the damaged relationships,enhance interpersonal trust level,conflict management plays a key role in the work.This study through literature review,structural interview and exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis of forgiveness to the worker motivation questionnaire revised.An different units focus on employees as the research object,explore the worker forgiveness motive structure,discusses the reliability and validity of the content of the.This study revised Susie s.Cox et al.(2012)development of employee motivation questionnaire,forgiveness used after the revision with the reliability and validity of the worker forgiveness motivation questionnaire survey.Interpersonal trust questionnaire by Rotter(1976).Symptoms of mental health questionnaire using Derogatis(1973)compiled by an 's symptom checklist(HSCL).Officially published by SCL-90,1976,zack wang translated Chinese version of the scale.Different units in Guilin such as measure 650 employees.According to current situation of demography variables forgiveness to the worker motivation to study;Explore employee motivation,interpersonal trust,forgiveness to the relations between mental health symptoms,and mediation effect.Through scientific empirical.methods,rich in domestic worker motivation,interpersonal trust and forgiveness for empirical studies in the mental health at the same time,also for the construction of harmonious enterprise,promote interpersonal harmony to provide theoretical support and guidance.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Jobs at the top of the worker and middle,grassroots,a line employees r forgive apology significant differences.(2)Employees of state-owned companies and state organs or institutions,and other worker in the forgiveness apology and forgiveness relationship dimensions have significant differences.(3)Employee motivation and mental health symptoms and forgiveness all dimensions were significantly negative correlation.Employee motivation and forgiveness of three dimensions and interpersonal trust was significantly negative correlation.Interpersonal trust and mental health symptoms and all dimensions are significantly positive correlation.(4)Interpersonal trust between forgiveness motivation and mental health symptoms of mediation effect is remarkable.
