Emotions,around the world in every corner,as long as there are places where people will have a variety of emotions.Emotion affects many cognitive processes,such as perception,judgment,reasoning and creativity.Emotional experience is the emotional state of the individual’s subjective feeling or perception.Extroversion personality(extraversion)is closely related to emotional activities: the personality traits not only affects the human ability to adapt and subjective well-being,and anxiety,impulse the emotional behavior disorder produced are closely related.In previous studies,the relationship between extraversion and emotional health are the extroversion personality influence susceptibility to emotional events,such as personality scores increased along with the positive emotion response level more reward stimulation.Therefore,in the process of emotional experience,there will be differences between internal and external dimensions.Functional near infrared spectroscopy(fNIRs)absorption and Lambert in brain tissue near infrared based on Bill’s law.Light is absorbed by a specific compound in the tissue,resulting in the attenuation of light.These compounds are called "chromophores",such as water,lipid,melanin,myoglobin,cytochrome,oxygen and hemoglobin,deoxy hemoglobin etc..These chromophores have their own specific absorption wavelength.The functional status of these chromophores determines the absorption spectra,the absorption spectra of hemoglobin depends on their redox state.The various components of the human body,including the skin,skull,hemoglobin and cytochrome have different degrees of absorption and scattering of near-infrared light,so that the transmission of light attenuation.Due to the relatively fixed geometry of skull and skin,the main cause of intracranial decay is the absorption of oxygen and hemoglobin,hemoglobin to light.According to the amount of light before and after attenuation,we can reveal the functional status of the cerebral cortex.Previous studies have shown that there are gender differences in emotional experience.In order to avoid gender differences,all the subjects were female.Thepurpose of this study is through the study of brain response of different personality traits in women with different emotional stimuli,using functional near infrared imaging to record brain activity in the female emotional watch video,reveal the emotion differences between different groups of personality.This study adopts "Eysenck personality questionnaire China edition" to the subjects were screened by emotional self rating scale(Self-Assessment Manikin)to evaluate the subjects’ emotional,using the sixth generation techen continuous wave near infrared imaging system(cw6)subjects blood kinetics data of prefrontal cortex,the results found that:In the sad mood,the results of the independent samples t test showed that the two groups of subjects,introversion and extraversion group group in the sad mood of the arousal of the existence of significant differences,the potency of a significant difference.Blood dynamics,extraversion subjects HbT concentration of 16 channels in A,B,C.D4,souce and 10 in detector group were higher than those of introversion.Extraverted group in 0-60 s total oxygen concentration increased,and remained stable.While the concentration of HbT in group A1,introverted B4,B5,C5,C7,D7,D8 channel in 20 s after a slight decline.In fear,of the two groups of subjects of emotional self rating results of independent sample t test,results showed that introversion and extraversion arousal group group there were significant differences in the two groups at the same time,there are differences in the level of emotional valence.Changes of blood oxygen level inside group and the group of the differences of extraversion,we can see from the figure,the increase in the total oxygen concentration of each channel in the group extraverted stimulation began in 0s-60 s,and remained stable,the frontal activation significantly,and introversion group oxygen changes in the-40s-0s volatility,began to fluctuate,0s-20 s oxygen concentration had a significant climb.After each channel in the sourceA and sourceB 20 s in blood oxygen concentration decreased.In a pleasant type,from the results of two independent samples t test group can be seen in the wake of happy mood there are significant differences in introversion and extraversion group group,happy mood,high level group and the difference in extraversion group on the edge of significant.The oxygen concentration in a group ofextroversion video in 0s-60 s increased,but the overall upward trend,in addition to A1 and D9 channels have decreased significantly after 20 s,presumably because of outside noise.In the face of a type of stimulation,the blood oxygen level of blood oxygen level and fear group when introverted similarity,some fluctuations,changes in blood oxygen,but about 20 s after oxygen concentration showed a downward trend in the stimulus presentation.In a relaxed mood,found in two independent samples t test subjects in a relaxed atmosphere of introversion and extraversion group wake group had no significant difference,there was significant difference between the two groups of emotional valence.The change of HbT concentration in introversion / extroversion after stimulus are not obvious,but introverted group in the stimulus presentation after 40 s,the oxygen concentration will have a short climb,presumably because of the delay of emotional arousal.There was no significant difference between the two groups in arousal and potency in neutral stimulus.Change in the blood oxygen,the oxygen concentration in the two groups were decreased,the frontal activation is not obvious,here is also delayed effects of frontal activation,introverted group blood oxygen level in stimulating the emergence of 0s-50 s decreased more significantly,B3,B4,B5,B6 channels in 50 s after oxygen levels increase.
