With the in-depth study of the current situation of College Students’ sports dance,it is particularly important for college students to learn how to dance.Through the previous research and open questionnaire survey to determine the theoretical dimension,and the initial questionnaire.On this basis,the data item analysis and confirmatory factor analysis,finally get the reliable questionnaire with good reliability and validity of "Yichang city college sports dance curriculum learning self assessment questionnaire" as self evaluation.As the continuous research,through questionnaire survey of college students in Yichang,on the one hand to test the effect of the use of the questionnaire,on the other hand,understand the present situation of college students in Yichang city effect of self evaluation of learning sports dance.The variance of Pearson correlation analysis,independent sample T test,single factor analysis,factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis and other statistical methods are reliability and validity of the questionnaire,analysis and specific results,the results are as follows:(1)the questionnaire on the learning effect of college students in Yichang,which is composed of the following 19 items,can be used as a reliable tool to measure students’ self evaluation.(2)self evaluation of college students in Yichang city overall results and visual experience a large deviation for the subjective experience of learning sports dance class is involved in learning courses and activities,learn the basic steps and a certain combination,and good teaching effect will lead to further obtain the physical health and mental health benefits,and self evaluation results participation and skill evaluation scores lowest.(3)five teaching objectives showing a high correlation of adjacent targets,more effective use of rules related to the adjacent high QianYiFaErDongQuanShen effect by improving the knowledge and skills to improve health and heart health.4)the overall results of self-evaluation of college students in Yichang are mainly embodied in participation and skills,and there is no significant difference in curriculum health,mental health and social adaptation.(5)the overall results of the self evaluation of college students in Yichang showed a significant difference in the grade of the five dimensions.(6)there are significant differences in the evaluation results of physical education and dance classes in Colleges and universities.The advantages of colleges and universities are mainly embodied in the following three dimensions: skills,physical health and social adaptation.Further suggestions are put forward:(1)attention and further in-depth exploration of self evaluation system,guide the understanding of subject in the teaching course of self evaluation,so that teachers establish a comprehensive evaluation and self concept of students,so as to improve the feedback on the construction of sports dance teaching process.(2)combined with the reflection of the main aspects of teachers,students,special selection system,teaching ability,to improve the participation of college students in Yichang sports dance and the level of self-evaluation of technical knowledge.(3)avoid simple arrangements for students to participate more training and social practice,attention from the three aspects of physical health,mental health,skills and knowledge gains so as to improve teaching efficiency and achieve better teaching effect.(4)to adjust the teaching plan and the emphasis for the grade difference,and to integrate the curriculum and teachers’ strength in the course of the integration of the curriculum and the teachers.(5)combine the teaching of sports dance lessons with other sports teaching to improve the comprehensive income of the five goals.
