At the end of the 19 th century and the beginning of the 20 th century,Russia ’s social conflicts was intensify,the constitutionalism of the liberalism was active,they were no longer satisfied with the the organizational form of beseda,they establishmented the illegal political organizations — the union of zemstvo constitutionalists with the constitutionalism as the leading ideology,whose members were most of the Russian aristocracy,the landlords,and the bourgeois intellectuals,they believed the constitutionalism,and recommended to carry out activities in a moderate way.But with the growing of the Russian social’s contradictions,these constitutionalists have radicalized and began to establish an alliance to organize activities.First,they established the Osvobozhdenie periodicals as its organization publication to carry out their ideological and guide public opinion.Next,joining with the establishment of a larger organization the union of liberation for constitutional activities.During the first revolution in Russia,it was impractical what they had been upheld through the Tsar’s political reform from top to bottom to established constitutionalism.So they decided to take activities with workers and peasants and take the revolutionary way to force the government to make the reformed decision.When they established the Cadet Party in the process of revolution,the history of the union of zemstvo constitutionalists was ended.
