| Medical Chinese is one of the textbook for special purpose.It has been playing an important role in medical study of foreign students who come to university for medical major education.However,only 2 sets of medical teaching Chinese textbooks,"Medical Chinese-internship" and"Practical Chinese Medicine",was published and put into use.It hardly meets the teaching needs for medical Chinese.Aiming at researching textbook editing of medical teaching Chinese,several methods including references,comparative and statistical analysis was used in this paper.All makes up 5 chapters in this paper.Based on the introduction about the object of study and the meaning of it,chapter 1 summarizes the research findings of language for special purpose both at home and abroad.By contrast of the two sets of medical Chinese texts,Data of Medical Chinese’s Genre analysis,theme,and text difficulty was collected,summarized and analyzed in Chapter 2.The existing 2 sets of Medical teaching Chinese’s genre can be divided into dialogue,narrative,the statistics of genre distribution and usage condition.Referring to common diagnosis and treatment procedures in hospital scenarios,the theme can be split into diagnosis,physical examination,professional seminar,knowledge popularization,and composite theme.Afterwards,the distribution and quantities of each theme was measured.For the difficulty of Medical teaching Chinese’s text,the text length,sentence length,the amount of new words was discussed to draw gradient distribution of text difficulty.By comparison between normal Chinese and medical Chinese,chapter 3 concludes special attributes in Medical teaching Chinese editing.The list of the new words of medical Chinese expression the peculiarity of specific Chinese.The texts about Medical showing the professional peculiarity by the genre of the texts.Plus,The reality is revivification by the pattern of the texts and the choose of the examples.Standing on research and analyzation,chapter 4 summarized the problems exits in Medical teaching Chinese,and giving recommends some suggestions in Medical Chinese,and hoping to provide reference for Medical teaching Chinese editing.In order to enhance the quality of editing,there is needing to clear the main point of the editing in different kinds of genre,and needing to clear the key point of the editing in different themes.In addition,unite the difficulty standard of the medical Chinese is also called to help the editing.Last but not least,chapter 5 concludes the research procedure and outcomes,the including innovation points,shortcomings,and research directions of future development. |
