The Research On Overall Satisfaction Of Social Management On Ethics

Along with the rapid development of social economy,while making some achievements,there have been some problems,which leading to an unbalanced,discordant social phenomenon.What is the current assessment of the overall situation of society,what are the contradictions and problems that people most concerned about and how can ethical play a role?In order to solve these problems,we conduct this survey by questionnaire,through the comprehensive research of current Chinese society in different areas,regions and different social groups to confirm the current social management of outstanding problems,then analysis the reasons for these problems,based on this to explore the ethical path of problem solving.According to the data obtained,firstly,we can have a preliminary understanding of these problems by the general statistical analysis,secondly,based on different groups of people have different views,to study its overall assessment of social harmony by the use of decision tree population segmentation model;through the multi-class logic regression model to analyze the influencing factors of the overall social satisfaction situation;by using the association rules to analyzes the shortcomings of the satisfaction degree of the overall social status assessment,we see the "overall condition evaluation" as the latter,while the "influence factors" and "moral and moral defects" as the first term to discuss the relationship between them.From the analyze above,we can draw the conclusions as follows:(1)the overall degree of social harmony should be improved and management level of moderate is medium;(2)different occupations,levels of education and different gender have different assessment of social overall conditions;(3)the factors that affect people's evaluation of social satisfaction conclude urban and rural contradictions,class contradictions,cadres and contradictions,the gap between rich and poor,health care problems;(4)the lack of serious moral which leading to discordant phenomenon,and thus affecting the overall social satisfaction Degree of evaluation.Combined with the above analysis and analysis of the problems found in the process,we give the following recommendations:(1)improve the level of social management and promote social harmony;(2)put forward corresponding improvement for different population characteristics;(3)highlight the contradictions and solve the main problems;(4)Improve the people's ethical quality and moral cultivation.
