A Literature Research Of Jin Yufu's Philology

Yufu Jin(1887-1962),formerly also romanized Yuxi,is generally considered to have been born in Liaoyang County,Liaoning Province.His courtesy name(Zi)is Jinan,and he also may be known by pseudonym(Hao),Qianhua Shanmin.Furthermore,of particular importance is his contribution to history,archeology and philology.Most of what is known of Yufu Jin comes from the works about Ancient History and Philology study in NE China,and some of critics conclude his academic bibliography has 3 constant periods.Northeast China period(1916-1936): Jin published a number of books that dealt with some basic works in the philology study of NE China,including Liaodong Wenxianzhenglue,Liaohai Congshu,Fengtian Tongzhi,Bohai Guozhichangbian and etc.Sichuan period(1938-1945): Later in a number of books Jin began to develop his academic style with the edition and research around the history study about NE China and Song Dynasty,including Dongbei Tongshi,Dongbei Wenxianlingshi,Dongbei Guyingouchen,Liaohai Shuzheng,Song Liao Jin Shi,Zhongguoshixueshi and etc.Third period(1946-1962):Jin attempted to give an account of the different approaches his own academic thought adopts toward the harmony,and he left some efforts on the historical materials of Taiping Heavenly Kingdom.He contributes to press Mingqing Neigedakushiiao,Taipingtianguo Shiliao,Zhongguo Dizhennianbiao and etc.Jin's published work extends to 40 books and well over a hundred articles,and most of these address a number of common themes among Chinese History.This paper centralized his books and divided all into 4 kinds:One is covering local documents from NE China,and the second argued about the local history study.Then,the macroscale study on Chinese history has been on work and it gives inspiration to some of local chronicles.Most of them are combined with philology articles pressed in NE China,and this paper has collected the duration,context,feature and effects of his research from his book,Jinwushi Notebook and The Chronological Tales of Yufu Jin.The reference around the chronological tales and books list of Yufu Jin attached to it.
