Primary Research Of Hakka's Wedding Lament In Santiaoshi Village

“Wedding Lament” is an inheritable folk marriage custom which take the sing as the principal issue,it records the marital status of female to certain extent and reflects the marital recognition and understanding of local female.This article take the Hakka's “Wedding Lament” in Santiaoshi village as the object of study,explore and research from origin of local crying marriage and “Wedding Lament”,classification of “Wedding Lament”,singing of “Wedding Lament” and it's artistic characteristics.Hakka's crying marriage in Santiaoshi village origin from Hakka's migration,it's the marriage song in wedding ceremony for Hakka's female,which has strong ethnic characteristics and geographical feature.Hakka's crying marriage in Santiaoshi village has it's unique artistic characteristics,the time modality can be distinguished into “Cry Night” and “Cry Morning”,the place includes fixed place and flow place,the singing modality can be distinguished into sitting singing,standing singing and kneeling singing,the singing mode can be distinguished into solo singing,vocal accompaniment singing and unison.Through sorting and researching the Hakka's “Wedding Lament” in Santiaoshi village,it saves such traditional folk music which transferred by month before,and has practical significance for local Hakka's culture diversification and folk custom.As a native Hakka from Santiaoshi village,I learned and researched hometown's “Wedding Lament” as a vocal postgraduate student,on one side,it has certain inheritance and protect function,on another side,it can enrich personal music knowledge structure,also upgrade personal music accomplishment and singing skills,which provide certain music material for future learning on related subject.
