The key issue of this research is how to optimize the creative experience for consumers an d eliminate the communication barriers between custom consumers and creative designers The communication barriers mentioned in this paper mainly refer to the price factors,Cognitive factors to determine the same circumstances,the two sides must face the transaction,and to be addressed by the knowledge barriers and context barriers.],The establishment of custom consumers and creative designers between the efficient information transmission path.This paper focuses on the research of knowledge dissemination and knowledge translation based on knowledge interpretation service to improve the accuracy of information exchange,the timeliness of feedback,the convenience of application,and the professional issues of knowledge service.Based on the analysis of the existing creative design customization model,this paper puts forward the strategy of optimizing the depth and breadth of creative design customization service,that is,constructing professional knowledge interpretation service mechanism and situational experience mechanism in creative design custom transaction.Its purpose is to provide consumers with better customized solutions,2.Optimize the opportunity cost of creative designers,3.Solve the exact needs of custom matching problems.Through knowledge interpretation,situational experience,guide consumer demand,promote the completion of customized transactions,and thus promote the healthy development of creative design industry.This paper first elaborates the concepts of knowledge interpretation and situational experience based on creative design customization and their respective constituent elements.At the same time,we use the methods of literature research,case study and practical research to analyze the knowledge barriers and situation barriers,and construct the model and context experience model of knowledge interpretation.Secondly,it uses the method of case study,field investigation,deductive demonstration and inductive demonstration to explain the elements of the promotion and the elements of knowledge transmission,and the competency of knowledge translators.Finally,try to construct the competency model of knowledge translator as the research focus The In this paper,combined with the actual case,in the depth of research and analysis,reading rich literature and detailed demonstration on the basis of a little research results for cultural and creative business managers and creative designers to provide a reference value of the theoretical research results.
