Children with learning disabilities refers to the normal intelligence,but because of understanding,the presence of one or more basic psychological processes using spoken or written language barriers(i.e.: listening,speaking,reading,writing,thinking,mathematics and other aspects of the ability defects)leads to the poor learning performance,and with many psychological and behavioral problems in children.Children with learning disabilities are also known as learning handicapped children and learning disabled children.Statistics in 1991 from USA department of education show that children with learning disabilities accounted for 5% of the total number of students.Compared with normal children,children with learning disabilities are special groups.Previous studies have mainly explored the meta attention,meta memory,using strategies,allocation of learning time and monitoring and regulation of learning process of children with learning disabilities.The rational allocation of learning time can enable the individual to achieve optimal learning outcomes in the learning process,and learning disabled children and normal children,they are different on the learning time cognition and distribution.Therefore,it is necessary to study the distribution of children with learning disabilities on time.Because of the similarity of time and money,time mental accounting is put forward based on the mental accounting,namely the individual psychological unconsciously divide time into different accounts to manage,different time mental accounts have different accounting methods and psychological rules.Therefore,the study tries to of explore the characteristics of time mental accounting of children with learning disabilities.And in the study,67 normal children and 60 children with learning disabilities from the elementary school of da xuecheng secondary school and lianguang school were tested through experimental study on situations,the results show that:(1)in the study situation,normal children's learning activities time was significantly more time than that of the children with learning disabilities;leisure time was significantly less than that of children with learning disabilities.In casual situations,normal children's learning activity time was significantly less than that of children withlearning disabilities;leisure time was significantly more than that of children with learning disabilities.Compared with children with learning disabilities,normal children would spend longer time for learn activities in the study situation,and longer periods of time for leisure activities in the context of leisure.(2)in the study situation,the number of normal children's learning activities was significantly more than that of children with learning disabilities,the number of leisure activities was significantly less than that of children with learning disabilities.In casual situations,the number of normal children's learning activities was significantly less than that of children with learning disabilities;the number of leisure activities was significantly more than that of children with learning disabilities.Compared with the children with learning disabilities,normal children would take more learning activity in the learning context,and more leisure activities in leisure situations.(3)on Monday in the arrangement,normal children would spend less time to learn in free time,which was significantly less than that of children with learning disabilities;but more time to take leisure activities,which was significantly more time than that of children with learning disabilities;In Saturday's arrangement,normal children's learning activities time in free time was significantly more than that of children with learning disabilities,but the leisure activities time was significantly less than that of children with learning disabilities.(4)in Monday's arrangement,the number of learning activities of normal children in free time was significantly less than that of children with learning disabilities,but the number of leisure activities in free time was significantly more than that of children with learning disabilities;In Saturday's arrangement,the number of learning activities of normal children in free time was significantly more than that of children with learning disabilities,but the leisure activities was significantly less than that of children with learning disabilities.
