The Study On Organizational Efficiency Evaluation Of Arts Troupes

With the process of cultural system reform,experts and scholars carried out in-depth study on the development of art troupes in the new period.But the author finds that the evaluation of the operation of the art troupe is not clearly defined by the academic community.Therefore,the author tries to apply the organizational effectiveness evaluation theory to the art troupes.Through this theory,the author could obtain the development direction of the art troupes,and clarify the development of the art troupes aims in a comprehensive and objective way.Based on the case study of China National Opera & Dance Drama Theater,the author uses the field investigation method,the literature research method and the case study method to explore the development situation of the China National Opera & Dance Drama Theater under the condition of the socialist market economy,and the author makes recommendations for the future development of such art troupes according to the theory of organizational effectiveness evaluation,while combining with management theory,art management theory.The first part is based on the theory of "Organizational efficiency evaluation standard",which is based on Seashore's theory of organizational efficiency evaluation,and it establishes the evaluation of organizational efficiency of pyramid for the art troupes,and puts forward four points to the art troupes Specific requirements.The second part is the author's analysis and induction of the China National Opera & Dance Drama Theater at this stage.The third part is the author's recommendations for the future development of the China National Opera & Dance Drama Theater,which is based on the organizational efficiency evaluation theory with the four requirements of the art troupes.In the fourth part,the author constructed the China National Opera & Dance Drama Theater organizational efficiency evaluation index system.
