The theater is an important place for city's culture.The stage is the main part of the theater.The product is the core content that gives life to the stage.The common longevity magic of long lived world-renowned theaters have their own boutique productions.After major theaters were built in major cities in China in the past 30 years,there were architectures that did not play their role of cultural and art institutions,and there was a large amount of waste,such as “a theater,but without a production” and “an one-time performance”.What kind of production model can create beautiful and sustainable products,enrich the content of the stage and make art enter into the lives of the people? what is in line with the way of the Grand Theater to survive,and makes the organization a world brand,and promotes urban culture to the international stage? How to demonstrate the strong cultural confidence and strong Chinese strength? This is something that is worth studying in the era of New China.The establishment of a mature production mode of production is crucial to the sustainable productivity of the theater.The emerging National Center for the Performing Arts(NCPA)operates on the positioning of the theater “is not a venue,but an institution”.Through vigorous development,the production of productivity is based on the core of opera arts,and the production mode of opera production is perfected in ten years.The operating performance is abundant and meets the needs of the people's cultural life.Rapidly accommodating the stage of world-class theaters,let the world recognize this water pearl and see the long-standing cultural heritage and development of New China.The paper focuses on the key elements of the “Strategy,Process,and Organization Structure” built around the production and production development model of NCPA.It provides sustainable production models for the city's major theaters that can be used as references for stimulating and invigorating Chinese culture and art production.The development and promotion.This paper contains six chaptersIntroduction: Combining the development path brought about by the production of world-class theatre repertoire,under the current situation of the unbalanced development of the domestic and international "big theater's" software and hardware,the construction of the production mode of the opera of NCPA is a successful case to study.The First Chapter: Analyzes the production history and development background of repertoire at home and abroad from the perspective of historical development,field structure and production system.Also makes a comparative study of production modes of operas of 10 World-class Theatres.Focusing on the subject and carrier in the production of the repertoire,we will examine the development of the repertoire.The Second Chapter: Combines the development and development of NCPA and the top-level design and planning of the operation and management of the theater to study the important core productivity that supports both of them,which is the production mode of opera production.The Third Chapter: The excellent development of the production of the opera production mode and the development of repertoire production during the ten years of operation of NCPA prove the leading role of core productivity in the theater.Therefore,we study the “three elements” of the production mode of opera production,namely the strategies,processes,and organizational structures.The Fourth Chapter: Analyzes the organizational structure system in the “eight sectors” and analyzes the function integration of the project management mode and the theater organization through the post functions in the system.The Fifth Chapter: Focuses on the top-level process design,case summary scientific process construction,opera production process overview,opera seven-line process management,and application of processes and organizations.The Sixth Chapter: Summarizes the production mode of opera production in NCPA,and sorts out ideas for the reproducibility of the “big theater” and provides reference for reference.
