Depression cognitive function has become a research hotspot,working memory as a research focus of mild cognitive dysfunction,and more and more attention.College students outlook on life,values in the rapid development of mature stage,in the face of academic,life of various mental stress,the frequency of depression will increase.According to the current study,the impact of depression on working memory is not well defined.Therefore,this study explores the effect of depression on working memory through behavioral,brain functional imaging and classification through data mining,so as to provide some reference for the impact of depression on working memory.The main contents of this paper are as follows:First,this paper first selected subjects to study the working memory behavior.The cognitive stimulus task was designed with E-prime software and the behavior data of the subjects were recorded.The experimental data were analyzed by statistical analysis method.The results showed that there was no significant difference between the response time and the accuracy rate and the healthy subjects.In the event of the abstract stimulation task,the response time and the accuracy rate were significantly different.Is due to depressive mood on the brain prefrontal lobe function caused by,thus affecting the depression subjects on the abstract things cognitive and memory ability.Second,the subjects were selected to carry out working memory brain function imaging experimental study.The experimental data were collected by SPM software,and the experimental data were analyzed by SPM software.The experimental data were analyzed by SPM software.The experimental data were analyzed by two groups of brain activation and brain function.The There were no significant differences in brain activation and functional connections between the two groups in the image memory task,but in the abstract memory task,the subjects in the two groups had significant differences.The results show that the depressive subjects are unable to switch effectively because of the lack of prefrontal lobe fuction and abstract concept in the abstract memory task,thus affecting the efficiency of working memory.Thirdly,two groups of subjects were selected for data mining classification.Using the questionnaire to select the subjects and obtain reasonable data with the decision tree classification algorithm for modeling analysis,from the tree structure to extract the classification rules,can clearly distinguish between depressed subjects and healthy subjects.By observing the importance of variables,we know the importance of independent variables to model construction.It can be seen from the results that the breadth of working memory is of great value to the classification and classification of depression.It is inferred that depression has an important effect on working memory.And compared with other classification algorithms for classification accuracy,it can be concluded that the decision tree classification algorithm selected in this study is feasible.
