Rearch And Suggestion On SWB And The Influence Factor Of Aged People In Different Types Of Pension Institution

At present,the population ageing form severe,the pension problem is a social focus.The construction and development of endowment institutions at the same time,the old happiness of ascension is a hot topic of concern.This study focused on different types of pension institution in old people level of subjective well-being,and demographic factors such as social support,the types of pension institutions influence on subjective well-being in the elderly,to further explore the Chinese elderly willingness to pension and the pension requirements,for the development of China's pension,the transformation and upgrading of endowment institutions provide certain reference.This study was to try on for 210 from the elderly pension institutions and community,including 133 GongYangXing 32 people,care type 45 people,community.Using social support rating scale,memorial university of Newfoundland happiness scale for measuring the participants,through the analysis of the results of the survey,get the following conclusion:1.the elderly subjective well-being and social support are at mediuml evel.2.overally,subjective well-being and social support of the elderly in pension institutions are at medium level.3.the elderly of different types of pension institutions have significant differences on subjective well-being,and subjective well-being level is higher than in the elderly care GongYangXing endowment institutions.4.different types of pension institution in elderly social support,subjective support and support were showing significant differences on the use of degrees,and GongYangXing pension agency elderly type significantly higher per capita takes care the elderly pension institutions.5.total score of social support and subjective well-being,positive emotions and positive experience was significantly positively related;And negative emotion and negative experience has significant negative correlation.6.the types of pension institution objective support,subjective support and has a certain relationship with subjective well-being,including pension agency types in the relation between social support and subjective well-being can rise to adjust the role.7.care pension agency has certain superiority in the institutions endowment,can meet the demand of the elderly endowment to some extent.But also showed obvious its shortcomings,such as health care facilities,service quality tails need to further strengthen and improve.
