Ge Yuetan is the calligraphy everyone in Liaoning Province,he will Taoist concept into his calligraphy aesthetic,and the formation of a unique calligraphy style,with great research value.This paper analyzes and studies the art of calligraphy with the historical background of the Taoist thought and the late Qing Dynasty and the early period of the Republic of China.The thesis is divided into three parts:First,the article on the life of Ge Yutan calligraphy and calligraphy tour of the comb,to clarify their attitude in life,there is no Tyler,gentle and polite temperament,while traveling with the book makes him an increase of knowledge,The vision,but also affected his calligraphy creation.Secondly,combining with the historical background,this paper studies the phased creation of Ge yuntan's official script,the book and the cursive,and then elaborates on the realm of the calligraphy works,the style of calligraphy and the state of Taoist calligraphy.Ge Yue Tan before the middle of the book style by the times "Pavilion Pavilion" book and "Jinshi textual" influence,the book wind partial beauty beautiful style.In his later years,he went to the school to find the state of nature and nature.Cursive can be traced to the new,reaching the wit,have the law of nature,the greatest achievements,later commented on his calligraphy as "wind and snow".Through the era of Ge Yuetan's background,life experience,psychological changes,knowledge of the implication of knowledge to grasp the understanding of Taoist thought,the Taoist return to human nature,out of secular constraints,the pursuit of calligraphy unexpected natural beauty,out of " " The concept of the ancient pursuit of the wind,extended to the understanding of calligraphy,the formation of " true " and " light " Taoist aesthetic connotation.
