| Objectives1.To investigate and compare the minority of Bai Ku Yao,the minority of Zhuang and the nationality of Han in different populations of peripheral blood serum 5-levels of serotonin(5-HT),c-fos protein and neuropeptide S receptor 1(NPSR1)content in Nandan county of Guangxi province,and explore the relationship between psychological stress and serum indexes of different ethnic groups.2.To study the impact factors of psychological stress level of Nandan county of Guangxi province three ethnic groups and related serum levels by the effects of psychological stress as independent variables for hierarchical regression analysis,and to explore thepsychological and physiological relationship of the subjects under chronic psychological stress.Methods1.366 villagers in Nandan county were selected as investigation objects by the way of stratified random sampling method,including 131 people of Baikuyao minority,111 people of Han ethnic and 124 people of Zhuang minority.2.The self-designed demographic questionnaire,simplified symptom rating scale,life event scale(LES),simple coping style questionnaire and social support rating scale(SSRS)were used for a questionnaire survey on the research object.3.Fasting blood samples were collected from the subjects.The levels of 5-HT,c-fos protein and neuropeptide S receptor 1(NPSR1)in serum were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The original data analysis was used by SPSS 21 statistical software.T test,chi square test and variance analysis were used to analyze the relationship between chronic psychological stress and its influencing factors.Multiple linear regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of chronic psychological stress.Hierarchical regression model was used to investigate the moderating effect of the influence factors on chronic psychological stress.Results1.The general situation of chronic psychological stress in subjects:the survey object sample LES average score was 25.23 + 29.56,the positive rate was 43.99%.The mental symptom score was 42.43 + 12.26,and the scope were from 29 to 109.and the positive rate of the mental symptom was 12.73%.The simple coping style questionnaire score was40.46 + 11.51,which has had including the positive coping factor was25.62 + 8.79 and the negative coping factor was14.83 + 4.35.The total score of social support rating scale was 27.76 + 6.20,which has had including the subjective supportive factor was 12.67 + 3.32,the objective supportive factor was 8.23 + 2.64,and the utilization of support factor was 6.86 + 2.39.The three ethnic groups had differences in anxiety factors and negative coping strategies(F=3.475~5.506,P <0.05).2.The level of cellular stress in the subjects : the expression level of c-fos protein as the research object was(223.34 + 31.47)pg/ml;The serum levels of 5-HT were(281.57 + 18.15)pg/ml;The serum levels of NPSR1 were(182.65 + 13.48)pg/ml.3.The relationship between cellular response levels and other stress-related factors: there is no demographic differences in the serum c-fos protein level(t or F=0.365~1.764,P > 0.05),its level is affected by life events and depression(t=1.974~3.489,P < 0.05);There is a gender difference in the level of serum 5-HT(t=2.005,P < 0.05),the serum 5-HT level in male was higher than that in female,and the impact of life events,social support,negative coping and emotional stress reaction degree(t=2.376~10.997,P < 0.05);there are differences in family income per capita on the serum level of NPSR1(F=3.681,P < 0.05).Serum NPSR1 levels were influenced by life events,negative coping,and depression levels.Multiple regression analysis showed that negative coping and serum 5-HT levels were the influencing factors of chronic psychological stress in Nandan minority areas in Guangxi(β=0.599,-1.537,P < 0.05).4.The analysis of interaction factors: interaction related factors of chronic psychological stress on physiological and psychological analysis,negative coping and 5-HT score of life events on mental health has a significant moderating effect(R2=0.512~0.701,P < 0.05).Conclusions1.The level of chronic psychological stress can lead to different levels of related serum indexes.2.Stress related serum levels were influenced by factors such as ethnicity,gender,family income,stress,emotional response,negative coping,and life events levels. |
