Research On The Sharing Culture In The Wuhan Under The Integration Of Urban And Rural

On the 17th National Congress, the concept of "construction of the harmonious culture" and "coordinated development between the urban and rural areas, meet the spirit-cultural living’s needs among the rural, remote areas and migrant workers" was raised up, which indicated the meanning of sharing culture and the main role of the masses. On the 18th National Congress, the meaning of the masses as the main role in the development of the culture has been further indicated. The CCP’s 18th meetings put forward the guiding ideology of the "co-construction and sharing". This artcile raises the question under the burban-rural integration, the regional economy and society development and the specific local social economy background, and also discuss the co-construction and sharing in the cultural construction between the urban and rural areas.First of all is the change the idea which is the replacing the "popularization" with the "co-construction and sharing". The replacement can reflect the subjctivity and initiative of the masses in the co-construction of the culture and art. The co-construction and sharing should be planed in an advanced-level and area, and the market and resource should be provided. The co-construction and sharingof the culturein of Wuhan reflect the generality as well as the specificity in the construction of integration of urban and rural culture. In the author’s opinion, the cultural consturction should emphasize the endogeneity, improve the platform of the new media and culture to meet the people’s cultural need. The author explore the maneuverability of the pattern of cultural co-construction and sharing. This article researches the universal issue in the city and countryside integration. The article also explores the ways of constructing the sharing culture in the Wuhan city circle. The article analyze the "Live near the Yangtze river"in the Dual-track complementary way to reflect the cultural importance of the city and countryside integration. In addition, sharing culture in the Wuhan city circle should be promoted to produce the communitive cultural image.
