The Dialectical Relation Between Historical Development And Human Development

“Historical development” has always been an important topic in social philosophy and philosophy of history.Many scholars have paid much attention on it.When it comes to historical development,we have to mention social progress.What is “social progress?” What criteria or standards to measure it? In different historical periods,the researchers have different standpoints and give their different views.If we put it on a large scale of history,social progress is a historical process,which can be divided into several types:First,Historical cycle theory.It is believed that the development of human history is a process of continuous cycle;Second,Historical retrogression.Think that history is a regressive process;Third,Theory of historical progress.They think that history is a process of continuous development and change,which is always in the process of meeting the needs and requirements of human development.We should abandon the theory of historical cycle,retrogression and advocate the theory of social and historical progress.Society is the relationship between people,is the common life of mankind,is the common survival and development of the scene.The process of social history is a dynamic process of social practice,which is carried out in order to meet the needs of survival and development.Social progress is in the process of constantly changing times,the gradual expansion of the needs of the people,the ability to continuously enhance the comprehensive development of the relationship between people.Social progress in the development of society directly on the performance of human development.Social development and human development is the interaction of the two aspects,like the two sides of a copper coin.As the organizers and participants of social practice,the development of human beings directly affects the development of the society.At the same time,the social progress depends not only on human development,but also on human development.So,we should look at the relationship between social progress and human development from the perspective of dialectical and unified.From the perspective of the development of social history,Marx can be divided into "Five forms" and "the theory of the" Three forms ",we can see that the general trend of the development of society is the process of changing from low to high.There are two main dimensions of Marx's evaluation of social progress: value and historical scale.As the builders of the socialist society,the development of our economic growth not only to value material life rich and colorful or spiritual life to measure the progress of the society,and should be under the guidance of Marx theory,combined with contemporary conditions,through the human development index and happiness index two categories as the criterion,and clearly understand the dialectical relationship between historical development and human development,social progress depends on human development,and human development promotes social progress.Through the in-depth analysis and research of these two categories,we can better understand the development of human beings,so as to promote the progress of society and realize the all-round development of human beings.
