Innovation is the key to the competition of modern enterprises.With the team as a unit of work in the form of enterprise applications are increasingly,the importance of the matching between the members and the team to the innovation behavior is becoming more and more important.Therefore,this study based on the individual level,to explore the impact of person-group fit on individual innovative behavior,and the role of psychological ownership between them.It hopes that this research can provide valuable reference for enterprise management practice.This study explores the relationship among the person-group fit,psychological ownership,individual innovative behavior and the mechanism of the three.Based on former studies,this study constructs a theoretical model and puts forward the research hypothesis.Through the design of the study,firstly,the questionnaire was revised,and collected 705 valid pretest questionnaires.SPSS21.0 and Amos 19.0 were used to test the validity of the questionnaire through the project analysis and exploratory factor analysis.Then the formal questionnaire survey,collected 375 valid questionnaire.SPSS21.0 and Amos 19.0 were used to test the theoretical model and research hypothesis by correlation analysis,regression analysis and structural equation modeling.Through research,the following conclusions are obtained:First,demographic characteristics have significant effect on individual innovative behavior,the individuals with different age and different working age showed significant differences in individual creative behavior,gender and education have no significant effect on individual innovation behavior;Second,there are significant positive effects on the individual innovative behavior from the three dimensions of person-group fit;Third,the psychological ownership plays a medi-role between the person-group fit and the individual innovative behavior.Among them,psychological ownership plays a completely mediating role between value supplementary fit,needs-supplies fit,individual innovative behavior,it plays partial mediating role between the demands-abilities fit and individual innovative behavior;Fourth,position has a moderating effect on the relationship between psychological ownership and individual innovative behavior.
