Compulsory citizenship behavior refers to the organizational citizenship behaviorwhich grows out of staff′s pressure from subject, object and environment or a particularpurpose or the perception to the organization atmosphere, which is derived from theconcept of organization citizenship behavior, concerned about the negative behavior inorganization. This research used empirical methods, explored the content structure ofcompulsory citizenship behavior, analyzed the antecedent variables and the mechanisms.Specifically, this research analyzed role ambiguity and organizational justice how toimpact compulsory citizenship behavior as well as the psychological security,psychological ownership’s intermediary effects between the organizational justice, roleambiguity and compulsory citizenship behavior. The results of the empirical study showedthat:(1) Compulsory citizenship behavior is a three-dimensional structure: stressfulbehavior, instrumental behavior, organizational political behavior.(2) The different gender, unit type, age, position,work experience is different in thecompulsory citizenship behavior dimension.(3) Role ambiguity on mandatory compulsory citizenship behavior with positiveprediction. Organizational justice on mandatory compulsory citizenship behavior withnegative prediction.(4) Psychological ownership, psychological safety plays an intermediary rolebetween the role ambiguity, organizational justice and compulsory citizenship behavior.
