The moral development of a certain society is the product of the social practice.An individual's moral acquisition is the process of transforming the social morality and behavior into individual moral character and gradually forming a noble moral personality in the social production and life practice.Self-examination,as an important component of moral cultivation and self-moral education,is the main factor that emphasizes the intrinsic of the individual.It has a great impetus to the individual's moral acquisition.This is a relatively new starting point and an important field which can be neglected in theory and reality in the view of the role of self-examination in an individual's moral acquisition.An Individual's moral acquisition is the result of the interaction between moral consciousness and moral practice.,Which is on the basis of certain moral cognition,moral emotion,moral will and moral belief,the subject repeatedly practicing the social moral code and behavior criterion,and gradually converting into individual moral character and forming a good habit of moral behavior.Moral consciousness is the key and prerequisite of individual's moral acquisition,and moral practice is the important content and final result of individual's moral acquisition.The self-examination includes two parts: reflection consciousness and reflection behavior.The main function of self-examination on individual moral cultivation is:first,the self-examination is helpful to raise the level of moral consciousness of the individual,improve individual moral cognition,cultivate individual moral emotion,crucible individual moral will,and firm individual moral belief;second,the self-examination is conducive to enhance the individual's moral practice ability,and develop a good habit of moral behavior.This paper expounds the basic concept of self-examination,sums up the concept of individual moral acquisition,analyzes the effect of self-examination on morals and the role of self-examination on individual moral acquisition,and affirms its theoretical and practical value,and applies it in real life,For the dilemma of self examination,and the difficulties of theprocess of an individual's moral acquisition,we should find its roots,break through its limitations,to play a greater role.The analysis of the factors of reflection in the process of individual moral cultivation,provides a new vision and new method for strengthening moral cultivation and realizing self-moral education.
