Chinese conjuction words application is considered as a difficult point in grammar teaching .Numerous studies have attempted to reveal the acquisition of Chinese conjuction words in several commonly used sentence for non-native speakers from Europe or the United States. In recent years, with the political,economical and cultural exchanges between Chinese and Thailand ,more and more Thai people realized the importance of learning Chinese,so all kinds of educational institutions at all levels in Thailand have opened Chinese language courses.Neverthelesss, the acquisition of Chinese conjuction words of Thailand students remains not clear. In our study, an survey of 30 students of the seniors at Dhurakij Pundit University of Thailand, involving the use of conditional conjuction words and the hypothetical conjuction word had been carried out. With this method , the error pattern of Thai students were revealed. Based on results of the study, we provided improvement proposal on teaching conditional conjuction words and the hypothetical conjuction Words.The first chapter is mainly about the reasons for choosing this topic, the study purpose and the significance of the study. The survey was based on HSK corpus and relevant material .The scope and methods were defined in this chapter.The second chapter refers to the method of statistical analysis. We found that the most common errors pattern are misuse of the conjuction words and matching errors of the conjuction words, the main reason is that Thai students cannot correctly distinguish and use the two class associated words.The third chapter discusses the errors pattern of Thai students. We found that the most common error in using the conditional Conjuction words and hypothetical conjuction words are collocation, word order and logical disorders. The proper reasoning of this error pattern is unreasonable compiling of the textbook, the improper teaching method, and other personnal factor of language learner.According to the characteristics of the students in Thailand, we put forward some suggestions on teaching and practising Chinese conjuction words.
