This thesis introduced the concepts and theories about teaching reflection in the first place. On the basis of theoretical research, the author took the international Chinese language teachers from the CI of University of Chihuahua in Mexico and many other teachers from other CIs of Mexico for examples, studied the current situation of teaching reflection of the international Chinese language teachers. In addition, selected the Chinese language teaching cases, studied the implement situation of teaching reflection. In view of the international Chinese teachers' teaching reflection practice, the author put forward some relevant suggestions of teaching reflection. Based on the investigation and study, the author came to the conclusions that the international Chinese teachers should strengthen the consciousness and ability of reflection, enhance the understanding of the function and significance of the teaching reflection, and implement the reflection on the teaching practice, undertake teaching reflection through effective reflection strategy, to improve teaching level and promote it as an international Chinese language teachers' professional development. Second, the school should make great efforts to create a good atmosphere of teaching reflection, strengthen the practice of teaching reflection. In the field of international Chinese teaching, advocate the international Chinese teachers to be reflective practitioners, and develop in the direction of international Chinese teachers' specialization.
