Lesson study is an effective way to improve teachers' professional quality.The development of lesson study lay a foundation for teacher community's messy collaboration.The procedure of lesson study includes,select a topic for the study,pre-class interview,observe the lesson,post-class interview and evaluate the overall impact of the study.In the process of lesson study,the researcher collect references through research record and video.Teachers' development trends to form teacher group,it's significant for the researcher to study teacher community.Teacher community is a group which constructs by teachers voluntarily aims to improve the quality of teaching and to promote teachers' professional development.Based on the thesis of lesson study and teacher learning which the writer looked up through library,she found a new vision to analyses the connection between lesson study and English teacher learning community.After two cycles of lesson study the researchers try to solve the problem of “how to improve students' enthusiasm for English study ”.In the process of solving this problem,the researchers of the lesson study gradually has a common will,the earnest cooperation and the same improvement,this is the procedure of constructing English teacher learning community.Finally,the researchers reach a conclusion that lesson study promotes the construct of English teacher learning community.Then,the factors which lesson study promotes the construct of English teacher learning community are analyzed and the writer give some advises on the future research of lesson study and teacher community.The paper mainly include six parts,The first part briefly introduces the research origin,research purpose,and explains the value of this research.The second part introduces the definition of lesson study and teacher community,the model of lesson study and the features of teacher community are described.Then the references of lesson study and teacher community is presented.The third part,after describing the theoretical basis of the study design,introduces the research methods,and explains how the author select subjects and collect research data.The forth part,based on the research record and research video,the writer exposed the two cycles of lesson study.The fifth part,how lesson study promote the construct of English teacher learning community are analyzed based on the common will,the earnest cooperation and the common progress.The sixth part,after analyze the factors which lesson study promote the construct of English teacher learning community,the paper reach a conclusion that lesson study promote the construct of English teacher learning community.
