Teachers' professional learning community is regarded as one of the most effective ways to improve teachers' personal and group professional quality.Especially in the first-line teachers' group,the existence of teacher professional learning community is of great significance to the implementation of teaching.At present,many theories have carried out research on the teachers' professional learning community,and many schools have started the construction of teachers' professional learning community in the form of "teaching and research group","lesson preparation group","school district teaching and research" and so on.It is of great significance to improve the quality of school teaching.The characteristics of "teacher professional learning community" are that group activities have a common goal and a fixed set.Exchange time and work together for common goals;however,the goals of group activities are too administrative,with the goal of completing school level tasks as the goal,group activity is not very active,lack of initiative and participation by "job responsibility".In the process of activity,the real will is not strong,can not achieve the actual effect of learning community.Therefore,the author tries to analyze and study the problems related to the "teacher professional learning community" in the existing front-line teachers' team from this angle,which has a far-reaching impact on the optimization of the current teacher learning community system.And hope to promote the domestic teachers' learning and teaching system through the research of this paper.The reform can provide some reference suggestions for teachers' professional learning community and practical primary teaching.The author investigated the English teachers of nine primary schools in a school district in Shenzhen to find out the present situation of establishing the learning community of primary school English teachers and to find out the common problems.A case study was carried out by the English Section of the G Primary School,and 14 teachers were interviewed by the teachers,section leaders and administrators of the English team of the school.This paper analyzes the current situation of English teachers' professional learning community in primary schools in Shenzhen,and looks for the optimization countermeasures.This research mainly has the following several parts: first is the introduction part,mainly is carries on the elaboration to the thesis topic choice significance,the research purpose,the domestic and foreign literature summary,the research content and the concrete research method.Secondly,it defines the concept of "teacher professional learning community",expounds the characteristics of teacher learning community and its influencing factors,and introduces the theoretical basis of this study.Thirdly,the current situation of establishing professional learning community for primary school English teachers in Shenzhen is investigated.Then it studies the optimization of English teachers' learning community in Shen zhen G Primary School.The last part is the conclusion of this paper.Through the study of this paper,the author thinks that the establishment of teacher learning community is in line with the needs of current education and teaching innovation.On the one hand,it can improve the teaching quality and level of schools,and teachers can share experiences and methods in community learning.In addition,it has a positive significance to improve students' participation and interest in learning,which can promote the harmonious and efficient development of teacher-student relationship.
