Creativity is composed of knowledge,intelligence,and excellent many other factors,such as personality traits,which is a more comprehensive and the highest level of human capability.It is the driving force in a country's development..The period of junior middle school stage is the key to the development of creativity,which studies the factors affecting the development of junior high school students creativity,and the mechanism of action is very important to the stages of creation education.Existing research shows that individual creativity by internal factors and external factors mutual influence(Amabile,1983).This study selected the ways of parents teaching as the external environment for the development of creativity,the individual cognitive flexibility as the internal factors of creativity development,discusses the role of both in junior middle school students creativity development.Further the ecosystem theory model of the development of the creativity of external and internal factors role in creative mode,think that the external environment factors through individual internal factors effect on individual creativity,therefore we conclude that parents upbringing affect junior high school students through individual cognitive flexibility and creativity.This research adopts the ways of parents teaching evaluation questionnaire,cognitive flexibility Chinese scale and domain creativity scale,326 of xuzhou city,jiangsu province 13 middle school second day student to carry on the test,using SPSS16.0 and Mplus7.0 statistical software for data analysis,such as parenting style,the relations between and among the cognitive flexibility and creativity,the main conclusions are as follows:1 Creativity in the field of gender difference test showed that the gender in daily creativity,academic creativity,science/mechanical creativity and there were no significant differences on artistic creativity,but significant difference on the creativity of expression,embodied in,girls than boys.Gender differences in ways of parentsteaching and cognitive flexibility is not significant.2 In the field of parents upbringing three dimensions and creativity on the relationship of parents independent support positively predict daily creativity,academic creativity and mechanical/scientific creativity;Behavior control positively predict daily creativity,academic creativity and artistic creativity;Parents' psychological control on five areas in the field of creativity are no significant role.3 In the field of junior middle school students parents upbringing,cognitive flexibility and creativity,the relationships between the three cognitive flexibility in independent support and partial intermediary role between daily creativity;Between independent support and academic creativity,independent support and mechanical/completely intermediary role between science and creativity;Cognitive flexibility in the behavior control and partial intermediary role between artistic creativity,behavior control and daily between creativity,behavior control and completely intermediary role between academic creativity.
