Research On The Tourism Development Of The Myth Of The Yellow Emperor In The Central Plains

With the improvement of the material level, more and more people to pursue high quality, multi-level spiritual cultural life, reflected in the tourism consumption is the attraction of low level tour gradually reduced, people pay more and more attention to cultural tourism with rich spiritual connotation, so nearly twenty or thirty years, the myths and legends are developed as tourism resources and they are combined with the contemporary tourism industry which become a new form of Cultural Tourism -- myths and legends tourism. Henan has a long history and has many cultural resources of myths and legends, widely distributed, especially Xinzheng city is Yellow Emperor's hometown at Henan Province, the legend of the Yellow Emperor and the cultural resources left over by the folklore and the related ancient books are extremely rich. This paper mainly studies the cultural resources of myth and legend about Yellow Emperor in Xinzheng city and other cities in Henan, the development status and the existing problems when these cultural resources are developed as tourism resources, and learns from the successful case of the myth of tourism in China to make recommendations and countermeasures.The first part mainly discusses the background and significance of the research and the research status at home and abroad on the myths and legends, tourism of myths and legends, Yellow Emperor's myths and legends, tourism of Yellow Emperor's myths. And defines the concept of myths and legends and the tourism of myths and legends.The second part of the study is the legend of the Yellow Emperor. Define the concept of the "Central Plains", delimit the scope of this study. This paper introduces the achievements of Yellow Emperor, and analyzes two important questions in academic circle: the identity of the Yellow Emperor and the place of birth of Yellow Emperor.Research Yellow Emperor's spirit and its implication in the myth and legend and the value of the spirit of the Yellow Emperor.The third part according to the definition and classification of tourism resources,analyzes tourism resources of Yellow Emperor in the Central Plains myth. And combines the three types of myths and legends of the Yellow Emperor in the Central Plains tourism resources integration: myths and legends, historical relics and folk activities using the research methods of historical literature, folklore and Archaeology, and analyzes their respective characteristics and common features.The fourth part mainly analyzes the meaning of developing the central Yellow Emperor's myth and legend as tourism resources. And the current development situation ,the existing development mode and development problems of the cities which has the Yellow Emperor legend tourism resources in Henan province.In the fifth part, the author puts forward some innovative suggestions and countermeasures for the problems existing in the development of the tourism resources of the Yellow Emperor myths and legends in the central plains.
