At present, with the integration of information technology and teaching depth, more and more universities are integrated into various courses online learning environment, com-pared with the traditional classroom, online learning not only increased the enthusiasm of the students participate in the curriculum, but also conducive to the realization of collab-orative learning, interactive learning, process. It is of great significance to optimize the learning effect for improve learning. In order to guide the online learning community transition to a more efficient state of online education is also seeking effective incentive mechanism, to attract more students to actively participate in learning, improve classroom activity and teaching quality, to improve the learning success rate. In addition, under the tide of big data, MOOC has gained rapid development with its own advantages. But in prac-tice,MOOC has many shortcomings, which has prompted the emergence of an educational model which is more suitable for school education-SPOC. In the SPOC environment, the participants form a learning network through interaction. The nodes in the network rep-resent the participants, and the participants communicate and construct knowledge through interaction. In the face of large-scale development of the SPOC teaching mode, in order to effectively identify the effective system, study the main factors influencing the occurrence of online learning environment, it is necessary to use a new research method to analyze the learning behaviors of online learning community. In this study, we first collect the textual data in the discussion forum of Literary Trans-lation course from the cloud classroom of Central China Normal University. Then SNA and correlation analysis approaches are adopted to analyze the relationship of social net-work positions formed in the interactive discussion among the online learners. The ex-perimental results show that high-performing learners tend to interact with those of low-performing learners in the online forums. The learners’ social network centrality have a significant positive correlation on their performance, and high performance learners often have higher prestige and influence. At the same time, the learners at the core have higher learning effect. However, it is also concluded that the level of knowledge construction is not high, and there is no significant correlation between the learners’ position in the interaction network and the learning effect.
