The master degree thesis makes the characteristics of the Mountain Qiyun development history as a starting point , it combines with the history of Taoism and Qiyun unique natural and humanistic environment. It uses the history, literature, religion,literature , social and ideological history research method. The content clearly shows the spectacular event of the Qiyun Taoism in the Ming Dynasty , on the basis of field investigation,and reveals the characteristics of basic situation of ritual. the Qiyun Taoism has an important influence on the inheritance and development for Huizhou culture.The first chapter is an overview of Qiyun natural geography, humanities and the Ming Dynasty Taoist policy,it argues that the geographical environment is a necessary condition for the formation of regional culture, the Ming Dynasty emperor worship Taoism is a powerful guarantee of prosperity, and the popular Confucianism is the favorable factors of the formation for three religion fusion and the culture religion.The second chapter elaborates the flourishing causes and manifestations of Qiyun Taoism in Ming Dynasty. Qiyun Taoism originated in Tang and Song Dynasty, it had become the supporter of religious and folk beliefs based in the God of wealth, loyalty and the Emperor Xuan.Because of the natural disasters ,ordinary people were unable to resist,Emperor Xuan had a wide range of religious groups.After the success of praying childbirth in Jiajing dynasty, Qiyun Taoism development entered its heyday, in addition to the reward, Qiyun had the nickname of "the little Wudang mountain in south river".The third chapter reveals the characteristics of Qiyun Taoism culture. From the temple culture and the activities of priest , Qiyun had the characteristics of integration of Confucianism,Buddhism and Taoism.The fourth chapter analyzes the influence of Qiyun Taoism on the later generations,which is mainly concentrated in the Qiyun Xiang Hui and literature and art. This chapter argues that Qiyun Taoism still has widespread belief in the folk group, especially in the Qing Dynasty, Qiyun pilgrimage is popular, which is the system of religious influence on folk beliefs. Today, the pilgrimage activity is still retained. Qiyun left a lot of cliff inscriptions, poetry, Taoist buildings and Taoist music and rites in the Ming Dynasty,which has a great value on inheritance and development of material and intangible cultural heritage .
